Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University

The Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University” is one of the oldest universities in the Russian Far East. The official founding date of the university is November 14, 1890. On this day, the Alexander Maritime Classes were opened in Vladivostok, marking the beginning of maritime education in the Russian Far East.

Currently, the university structure includes 7 institutes, 15 faculties, and 47 departments. The academic staff of the university numbers more than 400 members.
